Over the course of a year, some of the activities include hiking, X-country skiing, downhill skiing, dining out, a golf tournament, golf lessons, dance lessons and dinner/dances (at least 300 people attend with an equal number of male and female tickets sold). At these events our members socialize and make friends. It's about interaction and embracing other people who are interested in the same activities, and forming relationships.

Soul Mates also supports and helps other singles organizations and endeavors. We try to help any group that caters to the single people of the Calgary area. Soul Mates is also used as a source of reference by those seeking advice on singles events, and by the media when some news affecting single people arises.
